Universal.one App
The new member App for Consumer Goods Medical Scheme members provides you with a user-friendly experience while navigating your medical scheme membership profile.
Here’s how to download the App:
- Start by simply downloading the Universal.one App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and follow the prompts to install.
- Open the Universal.one App and register with your Consumer Goods Medical Scheme membership number and dependant code.
You can now access the Universal.one App on your Huawei mobile device.
Click here and then click Download.
Click on Allow (to allow the browser to install the App).
Click on Install.
Click on Open.
Follow the prompts to register or log in.
Existing features available on the App:
- Quick access to your digital membership card and fund membership details.
- Easy submission of claims and tracking your medical fund expenses.
- Simple registration of chronic conditions and chronic medication prescriptions.
- Straightforward hospital pre-authorisation requests.
- Membership Certificates can be viewed, downloaded and shared by the Principal member.
- Tax Certificates can be viewed, downloaded and shared by the Principal member.
- Weekly and Monthly Statements can be viewed, downloaded and shared by the Principal member. A 6-month history is available.
- uConsult™: uConsult™ is a revolutionary virtual consultation platform that’s accessible to any patient and healthcare provider with a smart device and internet connection.
- Membership Certificates can be viewed, downloaded and shared by the Principal member.
- Tax Certificates can be viewed, downloaded and shared by the Principal member. A 5-year history is available.
- Weekly and Monthly Statements can be viewed, downloaded and shared by the Principal member. A 6-month history is available.
